SomaSoft Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at SomaSoft. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on SomaSoft are digital products, including:
- Story downloads (PDFs or digital chapters)
- Wallpapers and digital designs
- Printable art and creative files
Because these products are delivered electronically, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded.
2. No Refunds After Download
Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This is because digital files cannot be returned once accessed.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You did not receive access to the purchased digital file due to a technical issue on our side
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Mpesa).
4. How to Request Support
If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of payment with:
- Your full name
- Email used during purchase
- Proof of payment (Mpesa message or transaction code)
